Kisaku, professional letch and all-purpose pervert, is ready for a second round of blackmailing the local women into performing lurid sex acts. This time his on the prowl at the beach, the hot springs, the hotels, the nurse's office and the playboy club. And, while quality is preferable over quantity, Kisaku has some plans for both.

Audio:
For our primary viewing session, we listened to this show in its original language of Japanese. The show has a pretty standard adult fare stereo mix to it with most of the show being dialogue so that's fairly center channel based as it is, though the music and some of the ambient effects and squoosh sounds come from the left or right channels. We listened to both tracks on this release and dialogue on both of them is clean and clear throughout and we had no problems with dropouts or distortions during regular playback.

Originally released to video back in 2002, the transfer for the two OVAs on this release is clean and clear and problem free. These essentially look to be a direct port of the Japanese release sans the mosaic (in the show itself; the episode preview which is really just an advertisement as well keeps the mosaics) and looks great throughout. Colors are solid without being too saturated or bleeding, cross coloration and aliasing is non-existent and there are no gradient issues with the wide bands of color used throughout. This is a very eye-pleasing transfer from the start to finish, which retains the original Japanese credits and provides a translated batch afterwards.

In Summary:
Kisaku's definitely been the more enjoyable of the series from where it came from since it's not as focused on the scat as Shusaku was nor as bad as Isaku was. With cleaner looking animation and a bigger diversity with the number girls, Kisaku has much more to play with and his hunting grounds are all over the place instead of kept to just one school location. Though he's not a pretty guy by any stretch of the imagination, he's got something that lets him win these women over and he uses it as much as possible. Though not my favorite adult series, this volume has helped raise it up a bit more and I'm looking forward to more episodes.
